Angels Are Real

Acts 12:15

15 "You're out of your mind," they told her. When she kept insisting that it was so, they said, "it must be his angel."

Did you know that each of God's children  has angels assigned to them? Yes, that means you. When the apostle had been released from jail during the prayers by the saints, no one but the young girl believed it was actually Paul at the door. The others assumed his angel, the one assigned to him, came as his representative. Angels are real. If you recall, it was the angel Gabriel that gave Mary the news that the Lord had picked her to carry our Savior, Jesus Christ in her womb. Also, an angel told Joseph to take Mary as his wife, that she was still pure. And so on. When we pray, we ask that God send his protective angels. Yes, angels have an important duty in our life. Psalm 91:11 says that "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Angels are supposed to protect us. Sometimes they are in human form. They are there briefly then gone. You may or may not have seen your angels. But when God sends someone to watch over you and you are given the knowledge of such, take heed. Zachariah didn't believe the angel that was assigned to give him the good news that he and his wife, who was barren, would become pregnant and their son would have a great task. Their son would be John the Baptist. Angels exist but they are not above Jesus. Do not worship angels over our Lord and Savior. For the angels did not do what Jesus willingly did. Shed his blood in exchange for ours.
